Terms and Conditions

Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Times: We aim to despatch and deliver your order within 1-5 working days if your item is in stock.  All back orders will be delivered if requested as soon as stock arrives, however back orders are deleted if they haven't been fulfilled in a month.  
  • Delivery Method and Labelling: Orders will be delivered to your business door via Courier or if an international delivery via New Zealand Post International Air.
  • No Signature Required: Deliveries will not require a signature unless specifically stated by you.  

Returns Policy

We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully. 

Souvenir jewellery may be replaced with other stock if a style isn't selling. 

If goods are proven faulty we will provide a credit note or replace the stock item free of charge.

Overseas Orders

We accept overseas orders under the following conditions;

  • Orders must be a minimum of $500 NZD per order
  • Goods are fully paid for before being shipped
  • Freight is additional and quoted on prior to shipment
